• Log into your Ashland Connect account (Please contact the office if you have not set up your account and need assistance) https://ashlandconservancy.connectresident.com/
• On the main "Dashboard" screen locate the "Amenities" box and select it 
• The next screen brings you to the Pool Pass and Pool Information 
• To purchase pool passes, click on "click here" or on "more details" and then "click here"
• Add your passes to the CART 
• Navigate to the CART and select check out
• Fill out the user information.  We recommend you check the box to create an account, this allows you to just sign in the next time

• Guest Pool Passes are in electronic format. Once purchased, the passes will be added to the members CellBadge account by the management office.

Please make sure to plan ahead when purchasing passes. Passes purchased over the weekend or after hours may not be reflected on your CellBadge account until the following business day.
