This process can take 48-72 hrs for full approval and passes ready to use.

 

Homeowner to go to bristow.cellbadge.com/register to create their household and register their immediate family members.

 

**** PLEASE NOTE - if your name does not match the homeowers name it will not be approved.  You will need to go and show proof of Residency with management.*****

The registration is a two-step process, all residents will have to use “Initial Add Request” which will request that your household be added to the CellBadge system. To protect Community information no resident information can be ported by management or CellBadge and must be directly entered by the resident. Once Management approves your request (not immediate) you will receive an email directing you to go back to the registration page; her you will use “Registered Previously or Approved” to request a pin once you enter your email and phone number used to request approval you will be sent a pin via text message and email, enter this pin and complete your registration.

If you want to Log back in to change information or add a family member you will need to request a pin again as it is a security measure to protect your information.

 

All residents are highly encouraged to upload photos of each family member being registered for easy of checking in.

 If you do not wish to upload a photo that is okay, but our Pool gate attendants will require a photo id from any resident including children over the age of 5  who are coming to the pool.    A child may use their school ID/Studentvue, government issues IDs or any other photo ID which contains their name.

 

 No Picture uploaded and NO ID – Pool entry will not be allowed, no exceptions will be made by Pool attendants or Lifeguards. 

This is being done to ensure the safety and privacy of our community’s pool.

 

Please understand, only residents and their immediate family who legally reside at the address in NBV are allowed to be part of the Household. All other family members can come as a guest.

 

The HOA and Management reserves all rights to require proof of any or all residency members..

 

For efficiency, download the CellBadge App to check yourself in and out when you are at the pool.

POOL STAFF WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO LET YOU IN WITHOUT OUT ENROLLMENT IN CELL BADGE BEING DONE PRIOR TO COMING IN. THE LIFEGUARDS WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO APPROVE ANY CELL BADGE ACCOUNT. 

THE ENROLLMENT COULD TAKE UP TO  48-72 HRS TO BE VERIFIED . ACCOUNTS THAT ARE NOT IN GOOD STANDING WILL NOT BE APPROVED.

ONLY residents of the household can be enrolled.   If there are more than the average added, you will need to show proof of residency.
