STONE RIVER HOA
SWIMMING POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Stone
River HOA assumes no responsibility for any accident or injury in
connection with the use of the pool and is held harmless from any action
occurring within the pool area. All
persons use the pool at their own risk.
- The
pool is for the use of Stone River Homeowners Association Members in good
standing and guests only
- Breaks
are for all patrons at the discretion of the pool management staff.
- No
admittance to fenced pool area unless lifeguards are on duty.
- All
persons must obey the staff. The
pool manager, guards, and staff have the authority to deny members use of
the facility and confiscate passes for any infraction of the rules
- All
persons must show evidence of admission (pool pass/guest pass) before
entering the pool area.
- All
guests who are 12 years old and under must be accompanied by a responsible
HOA member at all times.
- Foul
language and rude/unsafe behavior will not be permitted and can be cause
for expulsion from the pool and/or confiscation of pool passes. Such behavior includes, but is not
limited to:
- Obscene/vulgar
gestures or verbal obscenities.
- Verbally
or physically threatening pool staff or other pool users
- Running
around the pool.
- Diving
into the pool (the pool is too shallow).
- Jumping
onto floatation devices from the side of the pool.
- Jumping
backwards or twists off the side of the pool.
- Throwing
objects
- Use
of water guns
- Spouting
or spitting of water
- Pushing/wrestling/dunking/standing
or sitting on shoulders of others
- Shower
before entering the pool.
- NO
SMOKING, GUM CHEWING, OR ALCOHOL.
- Stone
River HOA will not be responsible for loss, or damage of member’s personal
property. All articles left at the
pool will be kept for 2 weeks and then disposed of.
- NO
pets are allowed in fenced pool area.
- Life
preservers, water wings and similar equipment may be used in pool at staff
discretion. Facemasks are to be
plastic and the staff reserves the right to determine the use of any and
all equipment.
- Anyone
wishing to swim in water above their shoulders may be required to pass a
swim test at lifeguard’s request.
- Loitering
at entry, fences or lifeguard stands will not be allowed.
- Admission
shall be refused to any persons exhibiting signs of any medical or
communicable diseases, open wounds, or active bleeding.
- No
bikes, skateboards, or similar items will be allowed in the fenced pool
area.
- No
cutoff pants or otherwise deemed inappropriate attire will be worn in the
pool area.
- All
food and drink must be kept away from the pool. No glass containers allowed in the
fenced pool area.
- Personal
media devices (TVs’ radios, MP3 players, etc) may only be used with ear
phones.
- Members
are urged to keep the pool complex clean. Please clean up after
yourselves.
- The
pool may be closed, or limited at any time because of weather, operational
difficulties, overcrowding, or at the Staffs discretion. In cases of
lightening or thunder the pool will remain closed for one half hour after
the cessation of lightning and thunder.
- Only persons under 4 feet tall are
allowed in the small pool.
***THE RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE FOR YOUR SAFETY AND TO
ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AT THE POOLJ
PLEASE NOTE: AN ALARM SYSTEM HAS BEEN INSTALLED AT THE
CLUBHOUSE. DURING POOL HOURS, PATRONS OF
THE POOL SHOULD ENTER AND EXIT THROUGH THE GATE ON THE SIDE OF THE
BUILDING. WHEN USING THE RESTROOMS,
PATRONS OF THE POOL MAY NOT EXIT THROUGH THE LOBBY. IF THE BATHROOM DOOR TO THE LOBBY IS OPENED,
THE ALARM WILL BE ACTIVATED.
