TENANTS AND NON-RESIDENT OWNERS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

Only one set of pool passes will be issued for each unit. This means that the pool is available to EITHER the non-resident owner and their family OR to the tenant and their family.

• If the non-resident Owner will be providing pool privileges to their tenant(s), the Owner must contact management directly to complete Owner Release Statement. Signing this form forfeits the non-resident Owner’s right to use the pool for the 2023 season. Owner Release Statements can be obtained from Katie Taylor at info@e-landmarc.com

• The non-resident owner should then provide the completed statement for the tenant. A copy of the Lease Agreement between owner and tenant must be provided at time of registration. Only tenant(s) whose names appear on the lease and their immediate family members who reside in the residence will be issued passes. Tenants occupying units whose accounts with Stone River HOA are 60 days or more in arrears and/or has outstanding violation(s) charges against their property will not be allowed pool privileges until all fees are paid, account becomes current and violations are corrected.

GUESTS:

SEASON GUEST PASSES: Each unit may purchase up to four (4) Season Guest Passes at $25.00 each. If you would like to purchase a pass for $25.00 each, please submit your request and payment to Landmarc Real Estate.

Landmarc Real Estate is no longer accepting cash payments.

FIVE VISIT GUEST PASSES: Each guest pass can be purchased for $10.00 ($2.00 per day, per guest) and will allow up to five (5) guests to enter the pool with a member. Guest Punch Cards are available by contacting Landmarc Real Estate.

SINGLE DAY GUEST ADMITTANCE: Single day guest admittance is not permitted. 

Lifeguards are not permitted to accept any form of payment (cash or check) for entry into the pool.

Members must escort guests at all times and will be held responsible for their guests’ actions, behavior, and adherence to all HOA and pool rules. No more than five (5) guests per home per day will be admitted. All guests must be in possession of a guest pass or punch card.
