NOTE: ALL RESIDENTS MUST BE REGISTERED & HAVE INDIVIDUAL PICTURES IN THE CELL BADGE SYSTEM BEFORE ENTERING THE POOL.

DID YOU REGISTER & HAVE INDIVIDUAL PICTURES TAKEN/UPLOADED LAST SEASON?  IF YOU ANSWERED YES, YOU DO NOT NEED TO GO ANY FURTHER WITH A NEW REGISTRATION.

INSTRUCTIONS TO REGISTER BELOW:

1.       Residents will need to add their household last name, street address, mobile phone number & email address.

2.       Once Administration approves your request, you will receive an e-mail or text and be prompted to come back to the registration page. 

3.       For security purposes, you will enter your email address again and receive a PIN.  Once you enter the PIN, you will be at the page to enter all your household members.  DON’T forget to add yourself.

4.       You can also update or make changes here as well.

5.       After you register on-line, you MUST make an appointment with the Clubhouse Staff to have your picture taken, including all those registered OR individual pictures can be e-mailed to the Clubhouse Staff directly at clubhouse@kingscharter.net.  Please keep in mind that this e-mail is not monitored on weekends.  IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THIS LAST STEP, YOU WILL BE DENIED ENTRY INTO THE POOL.
