Welcome to the Linton at Ballenger Pool Pass System! Here’s what you can expect.  The pass system is online and used via a computer check in system, similar to what we have done in years prior. The change is that residents will be responsible for changes and sign up for their pool passes. Management will verify all submissions that come through. 

Reminder, the Linton pool is for residents only, and their guests.  Any non-resident wishing to use the pool, must be accompanied by a Linton resident who will use a guest pass for them to gain entry.

The best way to check in is to give the guard your address.  That will enable them to see all registered residents at your address.

·       Membership is for residents only:  Residents that are listed on the deed of the home verifies their proof of residency. If Clagett does not have you listed as an owner, you will be asked for proof of residency.  This applies to Linton residents, 18 years and older, who are not owners, but have stated they reside in Linton.  If you do not have proof of residency, you will have to be accompanied by a Linton resident and they will have to use a Guest pass for your entry.  During sign up for pool passes, In addition, you will be asked to sign a form indicating you are a resident and Management will contact you regarding obtaining proof and future use of the pool.

       

        Guest Passes: Each household is permitted ten (10) complimentary Guest passes.  The lifeguard will check-in your guest, in the same manner as they check-in the residents.  The computer will track the number of guest visits. If you wish to purchase additional Guest passes, you need to contact management PRIOR to going to the pool. Those will show within 24 hours of the request.



·       Poolside at Linton- This picnic area is available by reservation only and limited to ten (10) people within the area. To make a reservation, please visit www.lintonatballengerhoa.com.  Click on Reservation, then Reserve Poolside or Community Room (Please note at this time the Community Room is NOT available to rent).  There is also a link to pay for the Poolside reservation.  All reservations must be paid for in advance.  Please visit the site for all details.

Saturday, Sunday, Holidays: 10:00am-8:00pm
